Cub is a personal photoionisation detection (PID) gas monitor for the fast, accurate detection of volatile organic and total aromatic compounds, keeping you safe within your working environment.

With market leading parts-per-billion (ppb) sensitivity, Cub sets the standard in personal gas monitoring giving an early warning of exposure to hazardous gases, including benzene.Comfortable and unobtrusive to wear, Cub is the smallest, lightest, personal PID gas monitor available. Cub has a dynamic range of 1 ppb to 5000 ppm, the widest on the market measuring 480 selectable compounds. The Cub personal PID gas monitor is available as a standard instrument with 10.6 eV lamp for accurately detecting a wide range of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to parts-per-million (ppm) levels. The CubTAC ppm variant with 10.0 eV lamp accurately detects total aromatic compounds (TACs), including benzene. A robust hand held VOC detector, Tiger provides a dynamic detection range of 1 parts per billion (ppb) to 20,000 parts per million (ppm), offering the widest measurement range of any other VOC detector on the market. Ready to use straight out of the box, the Tiger VOC detector requires no complex set up procedures via a PC to perform basic functions and provides the best available VOC detection and software features available.  The Tiger VOC detector has the fastest response time on the market of just two seconds, and is just as quick to clear down. The instrument can be connected directly to a PC via the USB offering extremely fast data download capabilities. The Tiger Select is revolutionary hand-held gas detector with two mode operation for the rapid detection of benzene and Total Aromatic Compounds (TACs) providing accurate, reliable data you can count on.
Utilising the high output Ion Science 10.0eV detection system, a reading for Total Aromatic Compounds (TACs) is seen immediately on start-up. Should aromatics be detected, a Draeger benzene pre-filter tube can be easily attached to ensure rapid detection and selective measurement of benzene. Throughout the measurement process, Tiger Select continues to display real time data, ensuring the final reading represents the full value of actual benzene present. Benzene concentrations are displayed down to ppb levels, giving you the most accurate, reliable data you can count on. Tiger Select is capable of providing 15 minute STELs and 8 hour TWAs for TACs. A 10.6 eV lamp can easily be installed for the detection of a wide range of TVOCs. In addition, the unique MiniPID VOC sensor incorporates both Anti-contamination technology and Fence Electrode technology for extended operation in difficult working environments.
The Tiger Select benzene and total aromatic compound detector can also be used in standard Tiger operational mode without the use of a benzene pre-filter tube to deliver active indications of VOCs, including benzene at concentrations as low as 1 ppb benzene equivalent.

TVOC - ATEX Certified Fixed VOC Detector

Total VOC Detector for Continuous Volatile Organic Compound Monitoring

 

TVOC is a fixed continuous VOC detector for the detection and measurement of total volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Its photoionisation detection (PID) capabilities utilise advanced patented Fence Electrode technology, a 3 electrode format with increased resistance to humidity and contamination.

A robust fixed VOC detector, TVOC has a selectable detection range of 0 – 10 ppm, 0 – 100 ppm or 0 – 1000 ppm and is ideal for use in manufacturing and process industries where VOCs are typically present. With a 4-20 mA analogue output, the TVOC VOC detector can be simply integrated into a DCS control system to provide warnings and enable control of high VOC levels in the working environment.

TVOC fixed VOC detector ATEX approvals enable a 3 wire TVOC system to be used in Zone 2 hazardous areas, without safety barriers. ATEX and IECEx approvals allow TVOC to be used in Zone 1 hazardous areas, with safety barriers. 

 The TVOC fixed VOC detector utilises a diffusive sample technique resulting in less contamination issues compared to pumped systems, reducing lamp cleaning and servicing requirements. Simple to install service and calibrate, TVOC requires no hot work permit and the PID sensor is accessible and changeable in a matter of seconds.

 The TVOC fixed VOC detector is also available for use with a pumped system for applications where sample conditioning is required.

TVOC is part of a range of VOC detectors that includes the hand held PhoCheck Tiger, PhoCheck+ and FirstCheck+ instruments.
