QH5 U Leeb Metal Hardness Tester
The QH 5U model is a portable metal hardness tester that operates on the UCI or Ultrasonic Contact Impedance method. It is factory calibrated for steel allowing for precise measurements in thin and light weight parts as well as in large parts leaving an indentation that is practically invisible.
The native hardness unit for the QH5 U is HV (Vickers) with immediate conversions according to ASTM E140 standards to other hardness units such HB (Brinell), HRB (Rockwell B), HRC (Rockwell C) and HS (Shore).
All QH5 Series models include a Datalogger to store up to 32000 measurements that can be sent to a PC via USB using DMQ DataCenter software available at no extra charge.
QH7 Metal Hardness Tester
The QH7 Series HEAVY-DUTY Portable Hardness Testers are presented in a rugged extruded aluminum enclosure designed to support operation in the most adverse conditions. QH7 hardness testers operate on the Leeb and UCI methods and are used to measure the hardness of all metals and metal alloys with hardness values expressed in common hardness units such as Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRB & HRC) and Shore (HS).

QH7 L Metal Hardness Tester
The QH7 HEAVY-DUTY Leeb hardness testers use DMQ impact devices with CalTag technology so that you don't have to calibrate the unit when changing devices and GyroTag technology so that the impact angle is automatically recognized.
QH7 U (UCI)
The QH7 U is a HEAVY-DUTY UCI hardness tester that is factory pre-calibrated for steel while for other metals you can calibrate in very simple steps using reference blocks of the same material.
QH7 C Combined Leeb and UCI
The QH7 C is the most complete and advanced HEAVY-DUTY portable metal hardness tester available from Demeq because it combines the Leeb or rebound method and the ultrasonic contact impedance (UCI) method which compliment one another allowing coverage on the widest range of portable metal hardness testing applications.
Impact devices as well as UCI probes include CalTag technology so that the unit automatically recognizes the device or probe being connected so there is no need for adjustments or calibration.
